Dear St. Thomas Families,
 
St. Thomas students on the 6th week of Lent , will lead the "generous" practice on our way to the cross. Share your time and self to praise and help others. Make someone smile this week as you lead others closer to the cross and Jesus!

Campbell County Conservation District Annual Education Awards Dinner on Thursday, April 11, will present awards to Maura Eckerle (8th grade for written essay), Maliya Daniels (2nd grade for art), Kaylie Scales (5th grade for art) and teachers Ms. Burkhart, Mr. Schmidt and Mrs. Myers. Congratulations Tomcats and Faculty!
 
Extra Pledge Sheets for the Walkathon have been sent home in the Wednesday folder. The pledge sheets provide the opportunity for your child(ren) to get more involved in collecting donations by walking around their neighborhood or going directly to their family and friends.  Please email the Walkathon team at  walk@sttschool.org  if you have any questions.
 
St. Thomas School is completing the final step of their five year accreditation process. Tomorrow, April 11, there will be three site administrators (Diocese of Covington Principals) who will visit and review our supporting documentation standards set by The Kentucky Non-Public Schools Commission. The faculty/staff and BOCE have spent countless hours in preparing for this visit.
 
St. Thomas Student Council sponsored a competitive "shoot out" for the students on Friday, April 5th won a sports snack basket.  The winners are:
Jr High winners  - 3 point shot contest - Caleb Eaglin with 14 shots and Reilly McMahon with 7shots
Intermediate winners  - free throw contest - Audrina Trauth 7 shots and Owen Kennedy 12 shots
Primary winners - shooting contest - Ty Fennell 24 shots and Ellie Griffith 16 shots

St. John's Passion Play will begin on April 6th. "The Passion makes every effort to add authenticity so as to create a greater spiritual impact, according to the Scripture of John 3:16."  For reservations or more information, call 859-392-0129 or visit their website for the performance dates and times at ww.stjohnpassionplay.org.    A great production.
St. Thomas school receives additional funds through the collection of Box Tops, and Kroger Awards Program. Please remember the Kroger Award Program must be renewed on an annual basis. Thank you for supporting the  school.

Make sure to check out the Lost and Found. We have a box and rack that is over flowing with clothing.  Many articles of clothing have been left in the gym during practices and/or tournaments.
