noticesMove-out Notices Distributed Today
Move-out coordination is well underway.
If you have submitted a Boat Handling Request Form, you will receive a move-out notice today.

To assist with a smooth process, we ask that all exhibitors click here and review move-out guidelines.

Occupational Health and Safety regulations are the same during move-out as they were during move-in.

With hundreds of people and vehicles vacating the building at the same time, Sunday will be extremely hectic. We kindly ask you to remain patient and assist with the process of a safe move-out.

Please direct any questions to move-out coordinator
Shawn McConnell at 416-574-9826.

safetyPublic Safety Reminder
Please remember to caution visitors to watch their step and use handrails when navigating stairs while getting on and off boats and platforms.

It's particularly important during busy weekends when there are larger crowds.
garbageMove-Out: Garbage Removal
During move-out, large bins will be placed around the halls for disposal. Please use them to keep the floor safe.

We encourage exhibitors to remove their own shrinkwrap, skids, and leftover wood from the Enercare Centre.

The show is charged for garbage removal from the floor, and your efforts during move-out can help keep space costs down.

Questions? Contact move-out coordinator Shawn McConnell: 416-574-9826.
parkingMove-out: Exhibitor Parking
Parking During Move-Out:
Exhibitor Parking for move-out on Monday and Tuesday will open at 6AM. Use the west entrance (across from BMO field) to access underground parking.

Help us to help you!

We all want a smooth, efficient move-out, and illegally parked vehicles will impede the flow, causing move-out delays and frustration for everyone.

Unauthorized Vehicles Will Get Towed:
A reminder that unauthorized vehicles on Manitoba Drive and in the east and west loading docks will be tagged.

Vehicles parked there Saturday and Sunday will be tagged and towed.
