Worship: Sundays @ 8:15, 9:40, 11:00 am | Wednesdays @ 6:35 pm
Dear Friends,

The images are ones that have become all too familiar in the wake of massive storms. Homes underwater. Roadways unpassable. Rescue boats cruising through neighborhoods in search of survivors. Hurricane Florence hammered the Atlantic Coast, affecting major portions of both Carolinas and causing what is currently estimated at over $20 billion in damages.

Many thanks to those of you who responded to the invitation sent out earlier this week to bring flood clean-up supplies to Trinity. This weekend, our mission box will help support flood relief efforts as well. It is great to be part of a church that has a response system in place for circumstances like these. Through UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief), our denomination will deploy people to those areas in the Carolinas that are in greatest need of help. Every dollar you contribute to the mission box this weekend will go toward this effort. If you'd like to go ahead and give now, click here . Please be in prayer for the many persons and families displaced by the storms.

I look forward to seeing you this Sunday for the last week in our worship series, Does the Bible Really Say That

Grace and peace,
Steve
