Holiday Closure
Our offices will be closed on Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 25. We wish you and yours a peaceful holiday! We will also be closed on New Year's Day.

To protect your privacy, we are now sending statements by secure email. This means they may show up differently in your email box and your spam filter may direct them into your junk mail folder. 

Please adjust your email settings/contacts accordingly. Subject line on commission statements will be: QualChoice {Current Month} Commission Statement SECURE. It may show up as coming from D'laney Ritter.
Flu Shot Reminder
QualChoice members can get the flu vaccine at any network pharmacy or provider's office. No copayment is required.

Moving to Value-Based Care
QualChoice is working with providers, payers and state and federal groups to move from volume-based to value-based care. 

As well as Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+), we are proud to participate in the statewide Patient-Centered Medical Homes (PCMH) program, developed to improve patient care and population health, and to lower healthcare costs. It rewards PCPs with population-based care management fees and performance-based financial incentives. Learn more about PCMH.

In the Community
Youth Home helps youth, adults and families become healthier contributing members of the community by providing compassionate emotional and behavioral health care. The Dove Tree program provides gifts to residential patients. In December, volunteers help wrap donated gifts.
