Sonja will be joined in celebration by her Mother and brother, Meredith Johnston and Seth Dunlap, and her grandmother, Leslie Johnston. Sonja is a student at Shumate Middle School in Gibraltar. For her Mitzvah project, Sonja made 18 blankets through the Snuggle Project and donated them to Wyandotte Animal Shelter. She also volunteered at Yad Ezra helping clients with their groceries. Community Food Pantry
Important: Community Pantry still vitally important!

Temple Kol Ami's Social Action Committee has a new partner for our weekly Food Pantry. Metro Food Rescue www.metrofoodrescue.com is now the primary provider of rescued food for our “neighbors.” We continue to provide free food packages to people in need. Food packages are distributed in the Temple parking lot by appointment using health precautions while protecting the dignity and confidentiality for those who participate.

Although we live in an affluent area, we have neighbors and friends experiencing significant hardship that are often overlook. We do not want anyone to go without, so, please tell anyone that you know who food may have needs to go to  tinyurl.com/tkacfp and for their food pick up time.

We are in need of more volunteers.
If you are interested in volunteering to work a shift on Fridays,
