We Celebrated our Founder and Successful Generational Transitions:

Since our work with business families includes planning and facilitating a public Celebration of Generational Transitions, we decided our 30th Anniversary was an ideal setting to celebrate our founder as well as our own ownership and leadership transition. This intentional Ritual is a time of blessing - affirming and reflecting on the internal and external "letting go" and "stepping up" that affects the individuals, family, management, shareholders, advisors, and board.

We memorialized our 2014 Transitions:

-Sally gave a blessing and plaque to Henry. 

-Henry reflected on his life and leadership at DVFBC and gave a plaque to his wife, Jane.

-A shawl of blessing was given to Sally by Henry and Jane..
