We are still in the process of working with East Valley Sports to finalize our Varsity Jacket Program. We hope to have a sample on campus in the near future. Please wait until you receive word from us to head over there and start the process! 
Weather Related Cacellations
With an inconsistent forecast through the winter season, practice and game cancellations are inevitable. Our first priority, is getting practices and games that can be played in a safe evnironement in, without having to cancel or reschdeule. There are times where cancellations are necessary, and how will you know about them? 

1) Each Coach will use their consistent form of communication (email, group text, etc...) to let families know
2) Announcements are put on for the students to hear on campus
3) A post is made on the athletics website front page and team page (www.areteprepchargers.com)
4) Follow us on social media (@areteprepchargers) for cancellation and reschedule news.

Good news! A warmer, school approved fleece is now available through Anton Uniforms! Please contact Anton if interested in a fleece for students to wear during the school day. 
Please continue to use our "Squadlocker" to order other gear, and show off your Charger pride and spirit! 
Items are shipped directly to the address of your choice. General orders have an expected delivery time of 1-2 weeks from date of purchase. Custom orders can be expected in 2-3 weeks. *Items ordered after 12/9 are not guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas.

REGISTRATION FOR A SPORT


1. Complete the Athletic Online Enrollment. (Must be completed by a parent/guardian.) 

2. Every athlete must submit a physical on the approved AIA Physical Forms. Physicals are good for 12 months and must be resubmitted annually. 

3. Submit the athletic fee. All middle school sports (including archery) are $250. All high school sports are $290. Select Online Payment to pay by debit/credit card online, or you may submit cash, check, or money to the front office. 

4. (HS ONLY) If not previously completed, every high school athlete must complete the Brainbook Concussion Course. The AIA will notify Arete electronically once the student has successfully completed the course. High school athletes are required to complete this course only once during their high school career. 

All items must be completed and turned in before your student may participate in their sport.
