It's hard to believe that 2020 is upon us! I've been reflecting on what a great year 2019 has been for MCF. Nearly 250 acres of farms, open space, wildlife habitat and waterfront parks were protected this year by MCF thanks to your support of our mission.
Another significant achievement was the renewal of our accreditation by the Land Trust Accreditation Commission demonstrating that we remain recognized for our professional excellence and upholding the public’s trust in our conservation work. (AS part of a network of over 1000 accredited land trusts across the nation, only 43% have achieved accreditation.) Staff
provided extensive documentation and was subject to a comprehensive third-party evaluation prior to achieving this distinction. The award OF renewed accreditation, assures that Monmouth Conservation’s preserved lands will be protected forever.
