Tax Day (sort of)
April 15th is typically Tax Day. The last couple of years have thrown us some tax curveballs. But, Business Owners, don't forget that Employer-funded medical benefits are tax-deductible.

I have spoken to many business owners about their various challenges. Amongst the things that employees ask for, a pay raise often leads the list. I have asked employers, "How would your employees react if you offered them a $6 per week raise?". The employer responds. "They would laugh me out of the room". I propose, "You can fund for each employee a $6 per week* Accident Protection Plan which will pay towards any on or off the job injury treatment and help keep them financially whole."
