Our chapel service on Wed., Sept. 23 will be led by Pastor Pingel of First Lutheran Church.

Chapel offerings will go to the GoFundMe BCA Benevolence Fund for BCA families who may need support during the COVID-19 financial crisis. So far, we have received $16,000 in donations. Thanks to all who have contributed!

Fall Break
BCA will be closed Oct. 12 - 16 for Fall Break. 
 
Child care will continue as usual for students in Infants - PK4. 
 
BCA will offer child care during the week for kindergarten - 8th grade students. There is a $15 per day, per child, non-refundable, pre-paid fee for BCA K - 8th grade students. 
 
For your K - 8th grade child to be counted, you will need to sign up and turn in your money to Melissa Swafford. K - 8th students will need to bring a lunch and drink each day. Please see Melissa Swafford if you have any questions, or you may reach her at 423.304.6591. Deadline to sign up for child care for K - 8th grade students is 3 p.m. on Wed., Oct. 7.

We will have Blue Jean $ Day on Fri., Sept. 25. Students who donate at least $1 that day may wear blue jeans with a BCA T-shirt or school uniform shirt.
cookieSELL, SELL, SELL! - Cookie Dough & Catalog Fundraiser!

LAST WEEKEND TO SELL!

COOKIE DOUGH/CATALOG FUNDRAIDER ENDS,  and ORDERS DUE, THIS MONDAY, SEPT. 21.

We hope you've been selling items to support our annual PTL fall fundraiser! Thank you for all that you're doing to support BCA! During this last weekend to sell, be sure to reach out to your family and friends to ask them to make a purchase!!

This year, proceeds will go toward building a pavilion for an outside classroom! Last year's sales allowed for the purchase of a number of tables to be installed for the classroom, and now, with your help, we can build the large pavilion to complete the new outdoor classroom that all of our students can use!

Prizes! TOP SELLERS WIN ONE FREE WEEK OF TUITION!
  • The top seller in Infants - PK4 will win a free week of tuition.
  • For K - 8th graders, the top seller will also earn a free week of tuition. (This will be divided by the amount you are paying in your monthly tuition.)
Along with the prizes that students will receive from the cookie dough/catalog company, they will able to earn the following with a number of sales: 
  • PK3 - 8th grade students will also be able to earn non-dresscode and ice cream passes for sales, along with "BCA Dough" to "buy" items in the mini-store set up in Dr. Harr's classroom! 
(The first set of prizes were given out this past week, and students were able to shop in the "BCA Store" to redeem their BCA Dough for some cool items! They will  have two more opportunities to shop in the store next week!)

Spending Cookie Dough "Dough" at the BCA store! Mrs. Webb's 2nd graders shopped this week in the mini store that is set up for the students who have been selling Cookie Dough and catalog items for the annual PTL fundraiser! One of the students who had earned an abundance of "BCA Dough" shared with each of the students in the class so that all could enjoy "buying" some cool items from the store! Our student have awesome giving hearts!




A big thanks to all who came out last night for the safe and sound drive-through back to school night! We hope everyone enjoyed the treats provided by PTL!!

Publix Super Markets has a great program that will enable Belvoir Christian Academy to make money every time you shop at Publix. It's simple!

Learn more about the program and how to register HERE.
 
Once you have completed your personal registration online, you may then give your phone number at time of check-out, and BCA will receive credit for your purchase. Do this each time you check-out at Publix.
 
Since the program's inception, Publix has contributed over $36 million to more than 4,600 participating schools! It's a wonderful opportunity to benefit BCA!
