Alberta Environment and Parks (AEP) has published the fact sheet on managing lead in drinking water systems in Alberta. The fact sheet highlights regulatory amendments and plans to require waterworks systems to implement a lead management program. 

The Mighty Peace Watershed Alliance is a group of active stakeholders and communities that understand and promote living within the watershed. Their Grimshaw Gravels Aquifer Source Water Protection Plan identifies risks for protecting valuable water sources and develops strategies to help.

Forest Resource Improvement Association of Alberta (FRIAA ) is pleased to announce a new request for expressions of interest in the FRIAA FireSmart program. The submission closing date is 4 p.m. on February 24, 2020. Find details  here.
