Crosby Gives Helping Hand
The Crosby Elementary Student Council, under the direction of Advisors Jena Smith and Melissa Worthing, organized and implemented the school's annual Friends & Helpers Drive to support the non-profit organization which provides support and assistance for women and children who are victims of domestic violence and whom have fled to a shelter or group home for safety.

The entire student body at Crosby donated toiletries and basic hygiene necessities. Student Council collected the items, boxed them up, and delivered them to the Friends & Helpers event in Irvine on December 1. At this event, Student Council members helped fill Christmas stockings and snack bags and created cheerful holiday cards for the families. We are proud of the Crosby Student Council and their service and compassion for those in need.
