Women's Connect Luncheon

When: Thursday, December 13th (12-1 PM)
Where: HyVee (900 E Main St)

Meal Prep Tips + Tricks
with Claire Henning-Dietician, HyVee
Meal prepping is all the rage of late, and for good reason: It saves time and money, while helping you stick to your eating plan and stave off hunger. Yet, if you've thought about embracing this healthy eating habit, only to be derailed once you realize the time and effort - not to mention all the plastic containers - involved, I don't blame you.
Luckily, meal prepping doesn't have to be a daylong logistical nightmare, full of dirty dishes, spilled quinoa and mismatched food storage containers. (Not to mention less-than-appealing leftovers.) Want to prep like the best of them? Join Claire Henning, Marshall Hy-Vee Dietitian for meal prep tips, and think-ahead meals solutions Thursday, December 13th at the Marshall Hy-Vee.
Please RSVP by Tuesday, December 11th.
**Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the event, you will still be responsible to pay your $10.**

Thanks to our Women's Connect Sponsors, Schwan's Company and The Escape Spa!
