Children's Holiday Market accepts gently-used items. Children and youth shop for and wrap gifts for loved ones at no cost. Jewelry, housewares, tools, clothes, books. Also accepting tissue paper and gift bags. Please bring in by the December 9th service.

New Tai Chi Class on Thursdays 11:00 am-12:00 pm i n Bowman Hall. 
Tai Chi is sometimes referred to as "moving meditation."  It is helpful for joint mobility, balance, bone strength and stress relief. The. group is suitable for beginners or intermediate practitioners. No special clothing or equipment is required and drop-ins are welcome. Winter Wonderland
Join us for a multigenerational  Winter Wonderland  of caroling, tree decorating, ornament making, cookies, cocoa and cider immediately following worship Sunday December 16th. If you'd like to bring a small plate of cookies to share, contact Ilona at EMAIL ILONA or simply bring them with you that day.

UUSC Guest at Your Table
Boxes or donation envelopes available at SRJ table. Final donations are on Sunday December 23rd, but we're happy to receive them before then. Donations of $125 or more are eligible for matching funds! Coordinator, Kathy Devine.

UUFD Caring Team invites you to: Blue Christmas Service at Mercy Medical Chapel
Service on Tuesday December 18th 5:30-6:00 pm led by Mercy chaplains, the 30-minute service will offer a time of remembrance, readings, music, prayer and a message of hope to all who grieve. for more information, please call Mercy's Department of Spiritual Care at 970-764-2340.

Durango Food Bank
Thanks to your generous gifts, we were able to take 433 pounds of much needed food items to the Durango Food Bank this week!
 
Share the Plate
The December collection for Real History of the Americas was $653, making total collected $2401. Thank you for honoring indigenous people by helping with education work in our community about their history. New recipient in January.
 
Needham Elementary
Visit the SRJ table to see an opportunity to help some low income families this season.

Calling all UUFD Artists and aspiring artists at any level or media. 
We meet every Friday 9:00 am-12 pm in Bowman Hall. This is not a class, but we may have the occasional lesson from a local artist. RSVP is required -   EMAIL ALINE if you wish to be added to the list and receive notifications.

THE BASIC NEEDS TEAM needs your help at the Manna Soup Kitchen. 
Volunteers needed to prepare & serve lunch on the 4th Tuesday &  4th Friday
of each month 9:00 am-12:30 pm. Also, volunteers are needed to pick up from Walmart on Tuesday 10:30 am & Friday 9:30 am at north and south City Markets to transport to Manna.  EMAIL MARILYN.
