Heritage Valley Health System would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to our over 3,700 employees for their service and dedication to our health system.  We want to take this opportunity to “thank”  them for their many years and commitment to our organization and our community.

Approximately 500 employees have reached a milestone of devoted service in the memorable year of 2020 and we are thankful for their loyalty. Of the 500 employees, 50 have over thirty-five years of service, and one of the individuals, a registered nurse has been with Heritage Valley for 55 Years!   Due to the pandemic, recognition of these individuals will be done in a socially distant way.

The commitment to the delivery of quality health care in our community that our employees have shown, especially during this past challenging year, has made a difference to countless patients and their families. Our mission is “to improve the health and well-being of all people in the communities that we serve." Regardless of the role, whether it is direct patient care, administrative, or support services, our Heritage Valley employees have an impact on people’s lives each and every day.
