The Collier County Board of County Commissioners will hold an Emergency Special Meeting at 1 p.m., tomorrow, Friday, March 27.

The Board’s agenda will include, but is not limited to:

• An emergency order of the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, supplementing resolution no. 2020-50, Collier County’s declaration of local state of emergency, to include a mandatory stay-at-home directive for residents, and closings of all non-essential businesses due to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

We encourage you to share your comments about the emergency order to the Board and the deadline is 10am on Friday - tomorrow. Collier County residents can send an email or text 239-571-9348. Comments will be shared with commissioners in advance of the meeting.

The meeting will be broadcast live with closed captioning on Collier Television channel 97/98 and via live streaming at colliercountyfl.gov/ctv and social media at facebook.com/colliergov.
