Our Bright Red Triangle FITness programme (FIT = Future Investible Talent) is well underway for our newest cohort of Junior Consultants joining
BRT Consultancy. The programme prepares our newly recruited Junior Consultants to work on commercial projects for clients in the local business community, alongside their studies.
During week two of the programme, project teams met with BRT businesses and entrepreneurs to scope real projects that they will be delivering over the next couple of weeks. Each team is supported by a Senior Consultant with professional experience, who mentors and guides our JCs throughout the process.
