Jillian Munro
CTO, Fidelity Digital Assets

Jillian Munro is Head of Technology for Fidelity Digital Assets, which provides enterprise-grade digital asset solutions for institutional investors. Ms. Munro joined Fidelity Digital Assets in September 2018. Previously, Ms. Munro was senior vice president of Resiliency & Business Engagement for the Enterprise Cybersecurity organization at Fidelity Investments. Prior to joining Fidelity, Ms. Munro was a Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer for Legal at JP Morgan Chase. Subsequently, she spent a number of years managing technology for the control functions at Lehman Brothers. She holds several patents and patents pending for systems and systems methods. Ms. Munro earned a BSBA in Accounting from Bucknell University and an MA in East Asian Studies from George Washington University.

Donna Parisi
Head of Financial Services and FinTech, Shearman & Sterling LLP

Donna Parisi is the Global Head of Shearman & Sterling’s Finance Business Unit covering bank finance, leveraged lending, project finance, restructuring and insolvency, and structured products and derivatives. She is one of the firm’s Financial Services Industry leaders and also leads Shearman & Sterling’s FinTech Foundry and Shearman Women, the firm’s women’s initiative. Ms. Parisi advises clients on the full range of derivatives, structured products, securitization, capital markets and commodities matters. In particular, she helps clients develop and structure new financial products and has extensive experience in the negotiation and documentation of OTC derivative transactions across all asset classes. Ms. Parisi has broad and deep knowledge of financial institutions, regulatory requirements and the evolving business landscape. Ms. Parisi also spearheads the firm’s FinTech Foundry program, which supports the FinTech-related activities of our clients and the wider global FinTech ecosystem including financial institutions, FinTech start-ups, accelerators and incubators, venture capital and private equity investors, and policymakers. In addition, Ms. Parisi is a prominent thought leader and frequently serves as a moderator or panelist at events organized by the Financial Times, Glass Hammer, Thomson Reuters, FinTech Cocktail Club, WISER, and the Practising Law Institute, among others.
