Action Item: New Web Page for Manufacturers' Specifications
Online Listing of Manufacturers and Industry Guides or Guideline Specifications
NIA is building a new web page as a reference tool by providing a list of mechanical insulation manufacturers and their product guide specifications and/or installation guides for the engineering/design community, facility owners, insulation contractors, and other users. This listing will provide the user with links to the most current information, which will reduce research time for users and the use of outdated information.
If your company uses industry guidelines as your installation guide or guide specification, please state which guide(s) and we will reference those on the web page.
All manufacturers that have updated their specifications or installation guides to include the suggested or recommended use of NIA's Certified Thermal Insulation Inspectors or the mechanical insulation inspection process will be noted on the web page.
NIA requests that all manufacturers email a link to their web page that lists all of their revised documents to
webmaster@insulation.org.
