Brandon Searl e
Innovation Director, Off-site Construction Research Centre 
University of New Brunswick

Brandon Searle is the Innovation Director of the Off-site Construction Research Centre at UNB. Prior to joining UNB, Brandon worked in the field on capital projects from both the owner and contractor side before joining WSP Canada where he was an asset management consultant. While working at WSP, Brandon worked towards his M. Eng. with a focus on level of service in infrastructure management and completed a broad collection of courses in economics, project management, business, finance and engineering. Brandon enjoys getting involved in external organizations, where he sits as the CSCE Western NB Section Past-Chair, CSCE Atlantic Region Treasurer and on the CNAM Board of Directors.

Alicia Keating
Assistant Director of Finance,  City of Fredericton

Alicia Keating is the Assistant Director of Finance and Administration/Assistant City Treasurer for the City of Fredericton. Alicia was hired as the Financial Project Manager with the City in November 2007. Duties at that time included transitioning the City to become compliant with the Public Sector Accounting Standards.
Alicia's responsibilities include annual forecasts to ensure compliance with the City's Long Term Financial Plans relating to capital infrastructure and funding.

Darla Campbell, B. Sc., P. Eng
Associate, Dillon Consulting

Darla has over 28 years of experience in municipal asset management and capital planning. She is a sustainability and asset management specialist with experience in design and construction of municipal infrastructure, capital planning, and facilitation of public meetings and training. Darla has specific operational experience with the Ontario Clean Water Agency and an international water company where she led diverse teams of specialists to deliver 30-year operational and maintenance plans for municipal clients. She has led vision workshops and levels of service workshops for municipalities, as well as interactive training on asset management planning to small municipalities in Ontario for municipal staff and Council.



Russell Crook, MBA, SR/WA
Asset Management Lead, City of Red Deer

Russell Crook has a diverse background in municipal operations and administration with a career spanning thirty years in both rural and urban municipalities. He has been managing the Enterprise Asset Management Program at The City of Red Deer Since 2008.

Russell holds a Master of in Business Administration degree from Athabasca University (2010). His capstone project was on demonstrating value to taxpayers from municipal enterprise asset management programs. Russell is a member of the CNAM Board of Directors (representing municipalities under 100,000 population) and past Chair of Infrastructure Asset Management Alberta. Russell is also a senior member of the International Right of Way Association and serves on its International Asset Management Committee.
