Due to the disruption caused by COVID-19, OCA is proactively reaching out to clients with calendar year HRA and/or FSA benefits and provide the option to extend the run-out period for your 2019 plan year. Most clients have a 90-day run-out period to submit claims for dates of service incurred in the 2019 plan year. This means March 31, 2020 is the last day to submit.

Should you wish to extend the run-out period past March 31, 2020, OCA has created an online run-out amendment link below. Simply click the link below and provide OCA with the new requested 2019 run out date. We'll take care of the rest!

Lastly, as we look to support our clients during this challenging time, OCA will be waiving all amendment fees associated with extending the run-out period for the 2019 plan year.
