If you think about how you are training your body for academics and sports, it's important to make sure you are covering all 3 of these areas of performance.

EAT - Are you giving your body the best fuel to perform at peak level?

THINK - Are your thoughts productive? Are you thinking of ways to be successful? Are you confident that you can conquer any task that comes your way?

DO - Are your daily activities making progress towards the goals that you want to achieve? Could you do more or could your actions be more efficient?

To perform your best you need to find the weaknesses and make them stronger. As you think through the three areas outlined above, what is your weakest? What are you going to work on to improve that weakness?
