Submit Your Resources Today!
WACA is busy preparing a number of additional resources for the Members-Only section! The goal is to make the Members-Only section a one-stop shop for all Council needs. However, these sections are only as good as the information contained within, so we are calling on all Councils to please submit any documentation per the list below, or any other information that would be helpful to the network.

Access the Members-Only Tab Today! Read on for Instructions
One of WACA's favorite Council benefits is the Members-Only section located here on the WACA website. To access the Members-Only section, you must log-in to your account using this information:

  • Select your Council using the drop-down
  • Username: your email
  • Password: your designated password
If you do not have an account or your log-in information is not working, contact Rachel Pastor at rpastor@worldaffairscouncils.org.
Through the Members-Only Section, Council Members Can:
  1. Access their individual Council page located here. Simply scroll through until you find your Council or use the search tools at the top to locate your Council by state. By clicking on your Council name you will be able to see all of the public information currently displayed for your Council on the WACA website.
2. Update your Council information such as: office address, contact information, etc.

3. Update employee information and rank in your Council's Member Directory, as well as adding
or deleting any new or outdated information

4. Manage and publicize your Council's events by adding new events, updating current event
information, or deleting canceled or postponed events. All submitted events are automatically added to the main Event Listing Page visible to members of all Councils

WACA's National Speaker Database - We Need Your Speakers!
The National Speaker Database is a Members-Only feature that allows Council Members to find speakers based on a number of different search criteria such as topic specialization or geographic area of focus. It also allows you to share your excellent speakers with the Council network.
You will also need to be logged in to view the Speaker Database and submit speakers for it – once you’re logged in, click the Speaker Database tab in the Members section to view it.
How to Submit a Speaker
  • On the Speaker Database main tab, click the “Share Your Speaker” button in the blue bar that runs across the top
  • - OR - on the left toolbar on any page in the Members section, you will also see a blue button called “Share Your Speaker
  • Click on either of these buttons – when you do that, a Share Your Speaker Word Form will download automatically into your computer Downloads folder
  • Fill the form out and email it to
Share Your Job Openings With WACA - We'll Advertise Them!
Please share any employment opportunities at your Council with WACA to reach a wider applicant pool! We will post your openings in our newsletters and on the Employment at Member Councils page of the WACA website until the position is filled.
Send the position title, a brief job description (2-3 sentences), and the application link to Rachel Pastor at rpastor@worldaffairscouncils.org. Please notify us once the position is filled.
