her and her husband Todd Hyatt own and operate Trader Todd's, Old Chicago Inn and the popular Room 13, a private club speakeasy located on the 3200 block of Sheffield, but some don't know that she is also an amazing visual artist!
A little history for you: Virginia received a BFA summa cum laude from Georgia State University in 1992 and continued her art
studies
in the masters program at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (1995- 1997). Over the years, Virginia has shown work at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia, the Detroit Artist Market in Detroit, Michigan, and more recently at KB Studio in Chicago, Illinois.
We are so happy to announce that this year she was invited to be a member of ARC Gallery (1463 W. Chicago) where her work can currently be seen in the show "Women Strong."
Active in the Wrigleyville community where she lives and works, she also serves as Vice President of the Hawthorne Neighbors Board and the Friends of Animal Care and Control's Board.

Whether it's participating in the Pride Parade while riding along with the famous Trader Todd's trolley, or participating in the Lakeview East Festival of the Arts as a committee member and volunteer, we value Virginia and her commitment to the community.
Thank you Virginia, for all that you do!

Inspired by the East Coast love and west coast fad of Lobster Rolls, in 2013, J Wolf brought the Lobster Roll concept to Chicago with a storefront and a food truck called '
Da Lobsta' (500 W Diversey). 5 years later, Da Lobsta has found it's way into the communities heart popping up with the Food Truck and Pop Up lunch services around the city. There is not a more authentic and delicious Lobster Roll in the city of Chicago.
