was published. Now, 17 years later, I'm excited to announce the publication of
The Healing Yoga Deck!
My hope is that this new deck, available in October, will complement the original (which continues to sell!).
So, how do the decks differ? In addition to having 10 more cards (60 vs. 50),

is designed to promote self-care. It is divided into 6 sections:

- Neck, Shoulders & Back Helpers/Posture Supporters
- Hip Helpers/Leg Strengtheners
- Bone Builders/Better Balance
- Digestive Helpers
- Anxiety & Stress Relievers
The Healing Yoga Deck
helps prevent and alleviate common conditions such as back and neck pain, digestive issues, anxiety, insomnia, and more. You may choose to focus on one particular area or instead, select a few cards from various sections for a broader session.
