Online MBA program ranked fifth in Texas
 

The website Online MBA Today.com has ranked the online Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Texas A&M University-Kingsville the fifth best in the state of Texas. 

The online MBA program is part of the College of Business Administration at Texas A&M-Kingsville. 

Online MBA Today.com collected a list of almost 490 online MBA programs, and each program was evaluated first for a location in the state of Texas, and then ranked on Estimated Tuition Cost, Accreditation, Average Base Salary and Prestige. All data was weighted equally, averaged, and then calculated on a 100-point scale. READ MORE


College of Business Administration ranked high for business analytics program
     
 
The College of Business Administration at Texas A&M University- Kingsville got word recently that their online MBA program had received yet another stellar ranking.
 
This time the business analytics certificate, that is an option for those taking the program, was singled out as one of the best in the United States by OnlineMBAPage.com. It was the only program in Texas to be ranked and not every state was represented in Top Online MBAs in Business Analytics for 2019-2020. READ MORE



Alumnus receives prestigious Golden Helmet award

We would like to congratulate Leonard Bedell for receiving the Golden Helmet award from Delta Sigma Pi, Professional Business Fraternity. The award was presented to Bedell at the fall LEAD conference in Grapevine, Texas.

The Order of the Golden Helmet is awarded to members of Delta Sigma Pi for 50 years of membership and a record of support and service to the Fraternity.

Forum features study of three counties in South Texas.
 
Ms. Burton leads a panel discussion 
The College hosted the 7th annual Economic Forum on Thursday, Nov. 1st. We graciously thank Kleberg Bank for sponsoring this event!
            
This year's forum featured a study of three counties in South Texas. Dr. Thomas Krueger, J.R. Manning Endowed Professor of Innovation in Business Education presented his research entitled Similarities and Dissimilarities of Aransas County, Kleberg County and Starr County: Three Counties in the SBA's Lower Rio Grande Valley District.
 
The keynote speaker was Angela R. Burton, district director for the United States Small Business Administration's (SBA) Lower Rio Grande Valley District Office. Her topic was SBA is your Ally!

Golf Tournament 2018

Monica Hysquierdo of Victoria, Texas, was crowned the Texas A&M University-Kingsville Homecoming Queen on October 27th. Hysquierdo, a senior majoring in business management will be graduating this December.
 
 


More than 100 students, faculty and staff participated in the inaugural Student Thanksgiving Dinner at the College of Business Administration on November 14th.  The event was organized by student members of Beta Gama Sigma.
