K-State Research and Extension Douglas County and Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence are hosting Your Child’s Thoughts Matter- a conversation about youth mental health and suicide. The program will include presentations from Nicole Stafford, Children and Family Services Director for Bert Nash, Julia Gaughan, Prevention and Education Manager at Bert Nash, Mary Wilson, licensed child psychologist at Stormont Vail Health and Erica Molde from Kansas Suicide Prevention HQ.
Parents, guardians, middle school and high school students are welcome. Masks will be required. Due to social distancing requirements, space is limited. Registration will close on Sunday, May 16.
