November 12
Due date to send me your volunteer agreement. NO NEED to send student list. Otherwise I will not schedule your student for an appointment for CM in February/March. I will be sending reminders for these documents periodically.

Really, this deadline is not make or break. Send me when you can. The threat of not scheduling your students isn't going to happen if you don't send it when I start scheduling which is in January. So you have time, but please don't procrastinate.

Sometime in late November the jobs list will be up. This will occur when I have the final count of paid students per teacher after November 10. Also, I will be assigning Teacher Numbers to you as well. This is an important number, so please pay attention to it. It changes for many of you every year.

Remember, HOW many students who have paid for CM determines how many volunteer days you need to commit. Some of you will have less than you expected, some of you will have more. The theory site coordinators and I will determine the extra job you may receive from having more students registered, or the job you will lose by having fewer.

If you did not sign up for any jobs, don't worry, we will assign one to you, If you have a preference, please contact me now what you would like to do.

AND LAST, I am hoping you will open up your hearts generously by opening your home for evaluations. Currently, I have 19 openings, which will be a little less, as I assign those with teachers that usually take on this very important job that did not sign up for studio evaluations, but that will still leave about a dozen studios that I will need. So please won't you consider opening your studio to evaluations. You will find that the work goes fast on that day, that you will gain much experience and knowledge when students of other teachers come to play for the evaluator in your home.

Thank you for your attention.
