Children's Music Programs
A Note from Tam Tam
What a great way to end the school year with a full crowd in the picnic shelter! We had a wonderful time learning more about Zacchaeus through singing, story telling, a scavenger hunt, a craft, and playing instruments! Thanks so much to Tammy for a creative lesson and to Martha for all of her help and support!
I look forward to seeing you all at Reveille's summer events and then in the Fall! Carson and Isabel will be joining me in Youth music activities next year and that is very exciting!
I hope you will keep singing this spring! I have updated my virtual chapel with lots of songs, including one about Zacchaeus. To listen and sing along click here. The following items in the room have links to familiar songs: piano, parachute, scarves, instruments, music stand, and me.
A Note from Martha
It has been a different year, but everyone has kept up their music skills, and we still had fun. Some of the songs that we taped will be in the taped service for this Sunday, so be sure to watch that. Hopefully, we'll be back in the sanctuary ringing the regular handbells in September. I now know what the favorite hymns are in this group. I'll look for the music that goes with those hymns for next year.
We have 2 fifth graders who will be moving on to youth next year. Farewell to Carson Kahl and Isabel Roberts! We will miss you, but we know you're ready to go on.
Our Sunday evening children's music programming will take a break until September. If you would like more information about joining our program this fall, contact Tamara "Tam Tam" Nicely, Assistant Director of Music Ministries.
