New This Week at Christ the King
Annual Meeting
Mark your calendars! The Annual Meeting is coming up on January 26th. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall after the 10:15am service. Beginning January 12th, annual reports will be available in the narthex.
Immediate Help Needed!
Our opportunity to help Pillars provide a meal is coming up quickly on January 14th. We will be serving an Italian dinner. We are in need of volunteers to provide the food items and 2 more people to serve the meal. See the bulletin board kiosk to see what is still needed. Please consider helping this great ministry. Next Steps Ministry
Join us Tuesday, January 14th for Next Steps ministry. Next Steps is a ministry for parents, grandparents, caregivers, and anyone who interacts with children regularly. Each gathering starts with a potluck meal and fellowship followed by workshop time focusing on faith and social emotional development in children of God of all ages. Next Steps will always begin with family connection time, with child care provided during the fellowship and workshop time. For the 2019/2020 year, we’ll be sharing skills using Conscious Discipline, which is widely used in classrooms in the local school districts. Please RSVP at this linkwith how many children will need nursery care and what you're bringing to the potluck.
Chili Cook-off and CtK’s Got Talent!
On Jan 31st, the chili tasting along with dinner begins at 5:00pm. CtK’s Got Talent starts at 6:30pm. Want to share a fun and unique act with your CtK family? Want to share your best chili recipe and claim 2020 best CtK chili bragging rights? Sign up for the chili cook-off, your talent act, food service help or stage hand help in the narthex. Email

Fellowship Hosts NEEDED
Fellowship Hosts are needed from January to May. There is a new sign-up sheet for the spring of 2020 in the narthex. Please consider signing up for one (or two) time slots. Volunteers set up, make coffee and put out the cookies for fellowship. This could be anyone whether they go to the 8:30 am service or the 10:15 am service. At least two people per Sunday is required.
