Calling all Parents or Caregivers..

There are times when every caregiver feels confused about what their child needs from them.  As a result, behaviors and tantrums happen that can leave parents wondering, "What just happened?"  What if you were able to understand what your child was really asking for?  The Circle of Security Parenting program is an evidenced-based program that promotes and strengthens secure paretn-child relationships.  Research supports that children with secure parent-child relationships tend to solve problems on their own, have higher self-esteem, feel less angry at their caregivers, and worry less about the future.  

Learning Objectives of the Training:

• Read your child's emotional cues to reduce tantrums and promote better communication
• Enhance the development of your child's self-esteem
• Enjoy more positive time with your child
• Reconnect after tantrums

 About the therapist:  Robyn Davy, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Dance Movement Therapist, enjoys working with parents as a Circle of Security Parenting facilitator. Ms. Davy has been a group facilitator supporting children’s social and emotional learning for the past ten years.

All groups will meet at the Treatment and Learning Centers Gaither Road location - 2092 Gaither Road, Suite 100, Rockville, MD 20850.

I understand and agree that:

1. Enrollment will be on a first-come/first serve basis.
2. Your completed registration is a commitment for the group.  Refunds must be requested in writing at least 48 hours prior to the start of the group.  No refund available once the group begins.
3. TLC reserves the right to cancel the program if there is not sufficient enrollment.
4. This program is not covered by insurance.
