Nixa Student Wins Day 1 Prize Pack from Project Green Challenge
PGC is a 30-day opportunity from Turning Green for people to learn how the power of their voices can impact the challenges in front of them and about the impact of individual and collective choices and actions.

Students are all starting from a different place and PGC is looking for diverse perspectives from those living a conscious lifestyle or those that have no idea what that even means.

Nixa High Schooler Skyla Chitwood watched at least five of a series of 1-minute videos, “Nature is Speaking”, created by Conservation International and narrated by a variety of celebrities. She then wrote a poem and made a graphic for her submission. Skyla won a prize pack from Acure.
