Conflict and Culture:
Impactful Ways to Resolve Conflict

About the Workshop

When it comes to conflict in a work environment, HR professionals are often regarded as the conflict resolution expert in their organization.  As partners in dealing with workplace conflict, it is imperative that HR professionals and management work together to create an environment were conflict isn’t counterintuitive to a healthy organizational culture.  During this insightful and interactive workshop, HR professionals and management partners will engage in candid conversations about workplace conflict.  The participants will explore their individual conflict mode profile and how they tend to approach conflict based on their own personality characteristics.  The participants will use their new insights to practice selecting and engaging in conflict, including developing a plan of action for real-world application.  Prior to the workshop, registered attendees will receive directions to complete the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode (TKI) instrument and the Myers Briggs Personality Indicator (MBTI®).  Attendees will be provided with their individualized results during the workshop.

Come learn about various conflict styles and engage in experiential activities to apply new insights about conflict resolution in a safe and neutral learning environment.
