This Week at BayMarin, November 11, 2018
Dear BayMarin,

If you were at the service on Sunday, you noticed the change in lightning and atmosphere. There are a few folks who have been working very hard on these changes with a deep desire to create an environment that promotes worship, a deeper connection to God and to others. I understand we all have our own ideas of what we would prefer and some of us push against change while others of us embrace change. The desire is not to cater to preferences but to create space to meet with God and draw deeper into God's loving embrace. As we continue to explore what that looks like for us in the Sunday morning context, would you encourage those who are giving of their time to do this? And, if you happen to be resistant to change or just simply don't care for the changes, I ask that you would be open to the changes and ask what the invitation is for each of us in our shared worship space.

I'm looking forward to seeing you on Sunday as we explore Luke 8:41-54 together.
Grace + Peace,
Matt

Online Giving

As part of the BayMarin family, please help us finish this year strong. You can give online  here and send a one time gift or set up recurring giving.

3 Years with Jesus: Wonders

Our next mini-series in year 2 of our 3 Years with Jesus will look at some of Jesus' miracles. They caused awe and wonder in Jesus' day and the invitation is for the wonder to continue in us today. We'll explore how these stories show us more of the heart of God and who Jesus is. They will also show more of our deep longings for healing and wholeness in our own lives today. In one of the texts we'll look at Jesus simply asks, "What do you want me to do for you?" He's asking the same question of us today. You can see the schedule for 3 Years with Jesus  here .
