In recognition of Bisexual Awareness Week a new Center for American Progress analysis shows that bisexual people face more struggles in health care, economic security, and other areas than gay, lesbian or straight people.

The 2018 LGBT Community Center Survey Report from MAP and CenterLink shows the critical role LGBT community centers play in the lives of LGBT people and their families, serving more than 40,000 people each week and providing targeted referrals to nearly 5,500 people.

Native Americans in Philanthropy is now accepting applications for the 2018 grant period for the #GenIndigenous Response Fund. The purpose of the grant is to provide responsive funding to support youth organizing and activism that requires immediate response across communities. All Native-led non-profit organizations that support Native youth organizing are encouraged to apply. The grant application deadline is

The Immigration Litigation Fund (ILF) is a national funder collaborative whose goal is to ensure that the nation's immigration enforcement system is fair, humane, and prioritizes the civil and human rights of those vulnerable to deportation. ILF believes that litigation is an essential tool in achieving public policy and social change on immigration issues. The Fund's grantmaking prioritizes litigation efforts that are connected to, and coordinated with, immigrant communities and organizations. Neighborhood Funders Group (NFG) and The Aspen Institute Forum for Community Solutions launch a new leadership fellowship for CEOs of progressive philanthropic institutions. This Fellowship is best suited for philanthropic institutions that are already supporting racial equity and powerbuilding and who are looking to go deeper by building a strong peer group and aligning more towards equity and impact.
