Fifty local businesses filled Scott's Seafood Grill & Bar last Tuesday to exhibit at the
Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce Tradefaire
.The event brought out hundreds of attendees to see the latest in everything from accounting services to acupuncture showcased under one roof. This annual Tradefaire offers a unique opportunity for businesses of all sizes and industries to market their products and services, and everyone who attends the opportunity to expand their networking circles. Vacancies on both the Planning and Transportation Commissions
Civic-minded residents of Walnut Creek are encouraged to apply to fill vacant spots on the City's Planning Commission and Transportation Commission. The current openings would fill unexpired terms that will end on February 28, 2022.
Applicants must live within the incorporated City boundaries, and be registered voters. The deadline to apply is 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9. The City Council will select applicants to invite for interviews on October 15. Apply online and get more information on the
