President Tolbert, NBCA Board of Directors and the State Presidents and Moderators Conference joins NBCA in congratulating Rev. S.C.Dixon on being installed as the 10th President of the Louisiana Home & Foreign Missions Baptist State Convention. Rev. Dixon is the pastor of Greater Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Baton Rouge, LA and serves as the General Secretary of NBCA.

Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at the St. Paul Baptist Church in Jennings, LA. where Rev. Pernell Trent is Pastor.
Rev. Dr. G.V. Clark was the speaker for the occasion and had an outstanding message. Rev. Clark is the pastor of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Austin, Texas, president of the St. John Regular Baptist Association, president of the Missionary Baptist General Convention of Texas and president of NBCA's State President and Moderators Conference.
Judge Ulysses Gene Thibodeaux, Chief Judge of the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals administered the oath of office to Rev. S. C. Dixon and the other officers.
