No Apples, No Kidding
The No Apple restriction has been lifted! Any teacher participating in our Thank You Note program may now double the limit on previously restricted items. This includes basics/core items, like pencils, notebooks, markers, and crayons. This is a great opportunity to receive extra items for your students and thank our generous donors. If you have questions about the Thank You Note program, please ask a staff member or volunteer next time you shop!

Hats, scarves, mittens and gloves now available to all grade levels thanks to our talented volunteer knitters and crocheters. 








Holiday Decor
Thanks to generous donations from our local JoAnn Stores , we have an assortment of holiday decorations and accessories.




Holiday Helper Puppets
Get your class ready for the Holiday season with this puppet set. Each set contains one Christmas puppet, Hanukkah puppet, and Kwanzaa puppet in addition to a lesson featuring vocabulary from each holiday. Match the tradition with the holiday by sticking image cards into the pocket on the correct puppet. Pick up yours the next time you are in the store!
Ideas for the Classroom
       
Mary Rutledge, a CPS special education teacher, shared these adorable mini craft albums with us as an "Idea for the Classroom." Made from wall calendars and craft items in our Teacher Free Store (and elsewhere), these little 4" books are packed full of creativity.
