See you in CHURCH! See you at THE TABLE.

A Note From Pastor Linda

"Let the word of Christ  dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all wisdom; and with gratitude in your hearts worship together; sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God."
Colossians 3

Dear Friends~

Rumor has it the CHURCH is DYING. To this I say BAH HUMBUG! Bah Humbug! is an exclamation that conveys curmudgeonly displeasure. I believe that the CHURCH is in the midst of a transition, a shift, a change... maybe even a TRANSFORMATION! (And this is GOOD NEWS because Jesus is in the business of transformation one heart at a time!)

For the next few weeks we will be considering what it means to be Hosanna Lutheran Church in Forest Lake as we ask the question: Why Church? and Why Hosanna? We will be drawn into the stories of people who call Hosanna home, people who call Hosanna family. Each week we will be drawn deeper into Hosanna's story and our story as the People of God called, gathered and sent to be a people living, loving and serving as Jesus did- so that all may know Him. Each week we will be challenged to consider what this means for our shared life.

What's your Hosanna story? Why are you part of the family?

COME to the TABLE- BE CHURCH- TELL the STORY!

Got Questions? Get Answers.
Fall Sunday Series

Everyone has questions.  Young children ask "why?"  Teenagers ask "why not?"  Adults question "what if?"  Do you have questions about God, Jesus, the Bible?  Do you have questions about life?  Do you have questions for God about life?  Every day, more and more people are going to Siri or Alexa or Google to find answers to their questions about and for God.  I have a better idea:  Come to Hosanna to "get answers."
