CancerCare Publishes Findings From Second Lung Cancer Roundtable 

CancerCare recently held a second lung cancer roundtable discussion titled , " The Role of Lung Advocacy Organizations in Biomarker Testing ." Win Boerckel, Cancer Care 's Lung Cancer Program Coordinator, served as the conference leader and brought together lung cancer advocates and key opinion leaders in lung cancer treatment. 
 
 
Open Enrollment for the HealthCare Marketplace Has Begun!

Don't forget that you can sign up for health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace now through December 15. Join the My Cancer Circle Community
 
Cancer affects family members, friends and others who are
close to a person coping with a cancer diagnosis. It can be especially difficult and overwhelming for the primary caregiver, who is often tasked with coordinating help from multiple people. 

To help caregivers, CancerCare offers My Cancer Circle, a free online tool that allows caregivers to create a private, secure community that brings together their network of support.

 
CancerCare's Fall Walk/Run Series Raises $250,000

This fall CancerCare hosted three walk/runs in Connecticut, New Jersey and Long Island. These events were attended by nearly 1,000 people and through your generosity, we were able to raise around $250,000. If you were not able to attend our walks but would still like to support our free programs, there are other ways you can help
