Job Opportunities:
Community Involvement:
Become a Chamber Ambassador:
MISSION: To serve our members and the community by being the goodwill arm of the Corsicana & Navarro County Chamber of Commerce.
PURPOSE: Ambassadors have a prominent position of responsibility in the business community. They act as the Chamber's goodwill arm and are highly visible at Chamber events. The networking opportunities offer Ambassadors the ability to expand their circle of influence and make stronger community connections. Process in achieving Ambassador Status:
The Ambassador program is comprised of up to 40 motivated and respected individuals in the business community. Maximum is calculated at 1 ambassador per 20 active member locations. Calculation of maximum Ambassadors may change depending on number of active locations in the Corsicana & Navarro County Chamber directory. If the program is at maximum capacity, a waiting list will be kept for future ambassador openings.
1. Email the Chamber with AMBASSADOR PROGRAM in the subject line: chamber@corsicana.org
2. Must be a Corsicana & Navarro County COC member or employee of a member in good standing.
3. Once your application is accepted, an email or phone call will follow from our Ambassador Chair letting you know when the next orientation will be held.
4. At the Ambassador orientation, you will be provided with the guidelines, point system, and other pertinent information. You will also receive your team assignment.
5. New Ambassadors are placed on a 90 day probation after which time the Ambassador Committee will review the overall performance.

The Chamber also has a Leadership Corsicana program that serves as a great investment in the community while making great business connections and developing future community leaders.
This is the introduction that was posted for our current Leadership Corsicana class:
What a great group we have participating in Leadership Corsicana this year! This year’s class started with team building exercises at Waco Escape Rooms. We are looking forward to hearing more about this adventure and keeping you posted in next week’s Newsletter. The Leadership Class will meet again this month for “City of Corsicana Day” starting at the Corsicana Library. This very valuable investment in our community results in the development of future leaders while also shaping our business climate here in Navarro County. Safety and compliance will always be our top priority as we move forward, so masks and social distancing will remain in place as well aany other requirements from the representatives hosting the sessions.
The graduates of this class will be a very special group that can help lead the way and demonstrate how to safely move forward under COVID19 guidelines. No other group before them has had this challenge, so they will be turning an obstacle into an opportunity.
