offer increased durability and eliminate that white smoke at idle issue. The LB7 (2001-2004 model years) SAC nozzle replaces the VCO nozzle that is currently used on stock LB7 Duramax fuel injectors. The end result is clean burning (no smoke at idle), direct replacement injector that will outlast the OEM Injectors!
