By popular demand, there's now a Functional Movement class on the weekend.  Improve strength, flexibility and balance with exercises that safely strengthen core muscles and major muscle groups while heightening body awareness. Balance training partnered with core development improves functional movement and minimizes risk of injuries and falls.  Train using body weight exercises, light weights and other tools. Great for older adults but suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

DragonMax CRUfitters Make a Splash in Szeged, Hungary

Thank you Mark and the other CRUfit rowing coaches for training DMax. On our first day, we made a statement among the US teams and earned a first place standing in Sr C (60 and Up) women, open and mixed.
