Ms. Kennedy manages complex projects such as CDM standardization/consolidation, Enterprise CDM development; CDM review, and CDM operational consulting support; Charge Assurance auditing; medical code auditing services; and contributes to the successful achievement of client and company goals. During her 27 years working in healthcare reimbursement compliance and hospital operations, Ms. Kennedy has served clients of all sizes from Critical Access Hospitals to multi-facility university health systems. She is committed to ensuring accurate reimbursement while adhering to the highest compliance standards. Her extensive knowledge of the revenue cycle and the interconnectivity of processes and systems supports her ability to identify breakdowns that lead to revenue leakage.
