March 2020 - Statement from Rochester RHIO
Supporting Healthcare is What We Do

Rochester RHIO has reviewed its business continuity plans, ensuring they remain viable and effective in light of the evolving COVID-19 situation. Since we are an essential component of the regional and New York State healthcare infrastructure, ongoing operation is critical. Supporting healthcare is what we do, and we are here to support you.

Our teams are enabled to work remotely, including from home, with no anticipated impact to health information exchange services. Rochester RHIO is proud to provide around-the-clock phone support. Our phones are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For immediate assistance and support call Rochester RHIO at 1-877-865-7446 (RHIO). If you leave a message, though there may be a slight delay, someone will get back to you on your Support request as soon as possible.

We are continuing to monitor the situation in conjunction with our healthcare partners across the region, state and nationwide. Effective, Monday, March 16, our office in Brighton is closed temporarily due to the declared state of emergency in Monroe County.  We have also pressed the pause button on in-person meetings and visits, including visits to hospitals and doctors’ offices in an effort to decrease the traffic flow in those settings, and reduce any potential transmission exposure. We highly value everyone's health and safety.
