The 15-week 2019 Spring Semester Prelude classes begin the week of
January 21.

Melissa Landes, a Senior at Grand Canyon University, will be serving as a Prelude aide on Tuesday with Ms. Saki during the Prelude Spring Semester classes. Ms. Landes is majoring in vocal performance with a minor in piano performance and will graduate in May. Melissa is the Music Director of
Peter and the Starcatcher at GCU's Ethington Theater. Performances run from runs from Nov 16 - 25.
Musical theater is her love. She has been assistant music director in Anything Goes and West Side Story. She has been the pianist for You're A Good Man Charlie Brown, Seussical the Musicale, and Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. This past summer, Melissa was the collaborative pianist at The Music Academy International in Mezzano, Italy.
Ms. Landes is from Oklahoma and will remain in Phoenix with her two sisters who are also attending GCU. Her future plans involve working at GCU and pursuing a Master's degree in business administration.

during any given school year
regardless

their lesson day.
Lessons and Musicales extend through May 22 to
accommodate for this long Winter Holiday.
Returning to lessons midweek does not work as evidenced last year.

What a way to end the year.
