GMLS Subscribers: We want to hear from YOU! 🗣

The GMLS Board of Directors has engaged with T3 Sixty, a leading real estate consulting firm and independent third party, to perform a Subscriber Survey to score the performance of the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service. Beginning next week, all GMLS Subscribers will receive an email from survey@t3sixty.com to complete this important evaluation. Your input is paramount to guiding the strategic mission and vision of the GMLS.

All who complete the subscriber survey will be entered to win the Grand Prize of Complimentary GMLS Subscription Fees for July-December 2021 (valued at $390). Completing the survey within the first week will also enter you into a drawing for a $200 Amazon Gift Card, and completing the survey within the second week will enter you into a drawing for a $100 Amazon Gift Card.

Conveyance Tax Proposal Moves Forward

State lawmakers voted a bill out of the Environment Committee that would give municipalities the ability to create a new conveyance tax to be paid by the buyer, the seller or both. CTR continues its strong opposition to the bill and will let members know when and how you can help fight this proposal.
