CONGRATULATIONS TO
ASHLEY RUEGG
Ashley Ruegg of Vernon, CT won all of the wine! She came a long way for Kent Quiz Night. We are glad she left with something more than a memory.

Thank you to all teams! It was a great night with some very hard questions! You all did well and because you entered the competition, you helped the Library and for that we are very appreciative.

Please come again next year!

The front desk will have a copy of the America's 100 best-loved novels (as chosen in a national survey).* PBS and the producers worked with the public opinion polling service "YouGov" to conduct a demographically and statistically representative survey asking Americans to name their most-loved novel. Approximately 7,200 people participated. The Library will be conducting its own survey of our patrons favorite novels. Please come in to the Library to add your favorite to our list!

The PBS television series features entertaining and informative documentary segments, with compelling testimonials from celebrities, authors, notable Americans and book lovers across the country. It is comprised of a two-hour launch episode in which the list of 100 books is revealed, five one-hour theme episodes that examine concepts common to groups of books on the list, and a finale, in which the results are announced of a nationwide vote to choose America's best-loved book. The series is the centerpiece of an ambitious multi-platform digital, educational and community outreach campaign, designed to get the country reading and passionately talking about books.

Schedule for last 4 episodes:
"Villains and Monsters" (Premieres Tuesday, October 2, 2018 8/7c)
"What We Do For Love" (Premieres Tuesday, October 9, 2018 8/7c)
"Other Worlds" (Premieres Tuesday, October 16, 2018 8/7c)
