Members, Investors, and Friends of Our Community,

We are following the recommended CDC guidelines in our office to reduce the spread of any virus through proper hygiene and office cleanliness. The health and safety of our employees and our office visitors is the utmost priority.

Chamber and EDC events and programming will continue as scheduled, until if/when circumstances change that necessitate cancellation or rescheduling. In regards to our events and programming, we ask that if you are ever experiencing flu-like symptoms, put yours and others' health first and stay home. This same understanding is, and has already been, in place internally with our staff.

For Your Business:
For questions in regards to conducting business and any updates and FAQ about the disease, visit the CDC.gov or the Illinois Department of Public Health websites. Below, the Peoria County Health Department has created a flyer with recommendations for building your contingency plan and the Tazewell County Health Department has gathered resources and inform ation as of 3/10/20.
The Illinois SBDC wants to know how COVID-19 is impacting small businesses throughout the state and would like to ask for your assistance with sourcing this information. Please complete this form with details about your experience.

If your small businesses is being affected, the SBA is offering disaster assistance loans along with additional resources and business recommendations.

We are working closely with our regional partners in order to provide our communities the most up to date information. We will share more as we learn more.

Thank you,
