SUMMER & FALL 2020 REGISTRATION
Summer & Fall 2020 registration will begin soon for graduate students As a reminder, each student is given a specific registration appointment which should be posted on your CUNYfirst Student Center.  Not sure how to view your appointment,  click here . Summer and Fall registration dates can differ, so please remember to check both terms. It is recommended that you look through the  schedule of classes on CUNYfirst  and add classes before your registration date. APPLY FOR THE 2020 WASHINGTON DC SEMESTER!

Program Summary
  • Gain unique insight into the public policy process through academic coursework and an intensive internship in legislative offices on Capitol Hill, federal agencies, or nonprofit organizations. Students work full days
  • Monday through Wednesday and a half-day on Thursday (at least 28 hours per week).
  • Participate in courses taught in a seminar format by Baruch College faculty with extensive DC experience. lasses are held on Thursday afternoon and Friday until 2 pm.
  • Obtain 12 graduate-level credits towards the Master of Public Administration (MPA), Master of International Affairs (MIA), or Master of Science in Higher Education Administration (MSEd-HEA).
  • Experience everything the nation’s capital has to offer—network with policymakers and thought leaders, tour historical landmarks, and explore the local culture.

Applications are due by March 31 and will be considered on a first-come basis. Early applications are strongly encouraged as the number of seats is limited. To be eligible for the program, students must have a minimum of 9 credits completed at the start of the fall semester, be in good standing with no blocks on their student record, and hold a minimum 3.3 GPA.
NU LAMBDA MU- INTERNATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY

The Nu Lambda Mu international honor society was established by the Nonprofit Academic Centers Council (NACC) to recognize students dedicated to the study of nonprofit management, philanthropy, and social enterprise. Its mission is to advance the study of nonprofit organizations and their function in society and to promote scholarly achievement among those who engage in these academic pursuits. Nu Lambda Mu membership is exclusively offered to students of colleges, academic centers, and programs who are members of NACC.

Applications for students graduating in the spring are only being accepted from February 19th to April 3rd, 2020, so be sure to apply online today!
